This painting is drawn from several photograph, I took on a New Year's Day.
I walked around Castlefield in Manchester. I have used watercolour and ink.
The geese were closed to me as I was walking. The bird looks like a number two and the rocks looked like zeros, so the formation of them looked like the year 2020.
This is why I chose this photograph to draw.
